I've done dental IT for a decade and I can tell you this office has not cut any corners on their equipment and level of service at all. 10/10 will be coming to this office always. Extremely clean environment and extremely friendly staff.

Dr. Ashor was phenomenal—he took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit.
The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Vania at the front desk, who was amazing from our very first phone call through check-in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience seamless.

They took care of me from start to finish with pristine service. Never have I had such detailed X Rays performed in my entire adult life. Dr Ramel calmed my fears of “needing” a root canal that a different practice had recommended I get. Not only did I NOT need this procedure, he let me know just how healthy my teeth are. Expert cleaning, wonderful conversation. Should you need a new dentist, look no further than Dr Ramel. He and his AMAZING team will take care of you!!!! Can’t WAIT to go back to the dentist (can’t believe I actually just said that).

I came here a few yrs ago for a root canal and I was amazed at how fast, painless and incredible the whole experience was. The entire staff is just amazing! Most of us want to avoid that, put it off.  I never thought i would (could) review a DENTIST and his practice and actually be positive. But these guys deserve the highest possible rating for a "gotta do" life thing.  They are all warm, caring, and quite genuine.   Ive been to many dentists in several states, these folks are the best.  You will be happy you gave them a chance.

 Verified Outstanding services and staff! I could not be happier with a dentist and the entire office staff. I have been going to this dental office (particularly Dr. Mkrdichian) for about 40 years and have never thought of leaving it. I now live in Naperville and I still drive an hour to this dental office.  I have had my Invisalign here as well with Dr. Odisho. He is very professional and knowledgeable and straight forward with pricing and appointments.

I’ve been to Dr. Mkrdichian’s office for years, since I was a teenager, and could not be happier with my experience at a dental office. I now live in Naperville and still drive out there. I’ve had many different types of dental procedures (including Invisalign) and every one of them have been perfectly done and pain free. You will not be disappointed with these top dental professionals!

He is also very friendly and always takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure I feel comfortable. Whenever I’ve had an issue, he has always come up with a solution, and on several occasions, he has even adjusted his schedule to accommodate my emergencies. That kind of empathy and dedication is rare.

A big thank-you as well to his assistant, Karolina, whose kindness and support always make my visits easier.

Although it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to get here, I wouldn’t trust any other dentist with my care. The combination of professionalism, compassion, and genuine attention to detail makes the drive absolutely worth it.

Perfect hands and touch for dentistry and his calm demeanor keeps you calm despite all the clinking of metals 😂. His staff are wonderful and polite. I do really recommend this dentist to all.

Out of the previous dental places I’ve been to, this one has been my favorite! The staff are very friendly. As well as the Doctor who was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Odisho made it quick and painless. His assistant, Renata is the sweetest thing too. She was awesome at making me feel calm. Listening to her stories were helping me focus on those while my teeth were being cleaned. They made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I’m not a fan of going to the Dentist at all. But somehow I feel relaxed coming to this location. Definitely going to be my permanent location to get my teeth checked.

Dr. Mark and his colleagues are the best in town. I’ve known Dr Mark for over 25 years and he has been my family dentist ever since. Even when I lived overseas for few years I still flew to Chicago to see Dr Mark because no one else is better. He takes a look at your teeth and in few minutes he can put a plan together and tell exactly what needs to be done if you do have issues with your teeth. He is not one of those dentist in for the money, he is here to help you! I don’t know what I am going to do when he retires because even now that once again I don’t live in Chicago or Illinois, I still fly to Chicago to see him for my dental needs. Dr. Mark’s office it’s the best!

The staff and dentists are very professional and know you by name. Other then a cleaning, I've had a few other services done. They did a great job. Furthermore, they recommend a great orthodontist and take PPO insurance. I highly recommend family care dental if you need a cleaning or any other work done.

 Verified I've been coming to Family Care Dental for three years now. The staff is always professional and caring.

Dr. Mark is great, my last couple of visits was for a cracked tooth we weren't sure if he could save it.

Well I'm happy to say that the tooth was saved & it's all because of Dr. Mark.  I'm not sure if another dentist would have taken the time but it's dead take the easy way out and just pull it.

Dr. Mark Mkhirdician is an incredible and knowledgeable doctor. He is the reason why I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Up until I was a teen, I was petrified of needles and the dentist. I went to see Dr. Mark for pain that I was experiencing with my tooth. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. Due to being traumatized by my previous dentist, I was terrified of having to be numbed. Dr. Mark eased my anxiety and took away my fear. He told me that the needle would not hurt and to trust him. I did exactly that and I am so thankful I did.

He also saved my lower anterior tooth. I had a terrible infection down through my jaw from the work of a previous dentist. Thanks to Dr. Mark, he was able to get rid of the infection without me needing to get surgery to remove it.

I am incredibly thankful and grateful for Dr. Mark & would recommend his practice to anyone I come across. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.

 Verified Family Care Dental Group has been my dental office for over 10 years. From the front desk staff, to the office manager, assistants, hygienists and doctors, everyone is incredibly friendly and absolutely amazing.

Dr. Mark Mkhirdician is an incredible and knowledgeable doctor. He is the reason why I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Up until I was a teen, I was petrified of needles and the dentist. I went to see Dr. Mark for pain that I was experiencing with my tooth. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. Due to being traumatized by my previous dentist, I was terrified of having to be numbed. Dr. Mark eased my anxiety and took away my fear. He told me that the needle would not hurt and to trust him. I did exactly that and I am so thankful I did.

He also saved my lower anterior tooth. I had a terrible infection down through my jaw from the work of a previous dentist. Thanks to Dr. Mark, he was able to get rid of the infection without me needing to get surgery to remove it.

I am incredibly thankful and grateful for Dr. Mark & would recommend his practice to anyone I come across. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.

 Verified A couple of years ago I cracked one of my two front teeth. I got it filled in multiple times, by a different doctor, but it just kept cracking and honestly wasn't the color I desired. When I tried Family Car Dental, Dr. Mark listened to what I had to say, and the quality of his work was phenomenal. Thank you so much Dr. Mark and the whole team who contributed to my 10/10 experience.

He is a excellent Dentist and his entire staff are wonderful, I am so glad that I will never need to look for another dentist, I also did have my cleaning done with Dr Odisho, another favorite dentist on the books! I haven’t had the pleasure to work with Dr Ashor but I hear amazing things about him, so we have 3 greatest dentist to choose from if one is not available.

 Verified Modern dental office with great dentists and great management.

I have seen both Drs. Mkrdichian and Elia, and respect them both.

I have had old fillings in my mouth that I wanted replaced with composite material, as well as additional elective work. Dr. Mkrdichian acknowledged my requests, provided his feedback and suggestions, and it all began there. Since, I have seen Dr. Elia, as well, for elective work.

Maddie, the hygienist, is thorough, gentle, and patient. I truly appreciate her and the cleanings she provided during my pregnancy. 

Front desk management is efficient, welcoming, and professional. It is a rarity to find a dental office with a team that is as pleasant as this.

 Verified I am a very picky person when it comes to dentist. I have been to many dentist's office before Dr. Mark, and I  was not pleased with all of them. Because most of them are not sincere in their profession. I do not go by ratings because in so many cases good doctors are not being rated fairly. Dr. Mark is one AMAZING and professional doctor. It is just unfortunate that there are only 5 stars to rate him. Not only does he try his best to do the best job for his patients, his staff is just as kind and professional as he is. One of the best choices that myself, and my family made was to visit Dr Mark. We have known him for years and our biggest concern is, what to do if he's not around.  Verified I needed to find a place that would extract my tooth without sending me to an oral surgeon. Also, a place that would accept Carecredit. This place fit the bill! The best part: minimal pain and it cost $210 for one extraction (including evaluation, x-rays, and miscellaneous expenses). Compare this to extraction I had at an oral surgeon that didn't accept Carecredit, located somewhere on Lincoln Ave (name withheld on purpose) costing $160 for evaluation, $180 for panoramic x-ray, and $395 for extraction ($1,465 total including analgesia N20-O2 gas and additional surgical extraction).

Doctor, dental assistant, and front desk staff were wonderful! The facilities were the cleanest, brightest and most well-appointed I've ever seen for a dental office!

I've been to at least 5 different dental offices in the Chicago area since moving here in 2007 and countless others before then. I highly recommend this facility. Their services and prices are exceptional!

 Verified The only dentist who's ever worked on my teeth is Dr. Mkrdichian, and that pretty much speaks for itself. He makes every visit very welcoming and comfortable, and he always makes sure I am knowledgeable about my oral health and the procedures that need to be done on my teeth. The whole staff is wonderful and very professional, and everyone always greets me with smiles whenever I walk in! I love that you have the option to confirm an appointment via text message as it is very easy to do and convenient. I am a university student who has learned a lot about oral health from Dr. Mkrdichian and Dr. Elia, and their passion in what they do has inspired me to pursue a career in dentistry!

 Verified Wow I am unsure where to begin but my recent experience with this dental practice has been beyond phenomenal. 

My first time seeing them was the day after Fourth of July, due to excruciating pain in one of my teeth. It had already been a few days since the pain had started, but being a national holiday, my hands were so tied with availability and finding a doctor to do my treatment. I had already seen my usual dentist and she believed I might need a root canal treatment. She stated she didn't perform the procedure and ended up referring me to two other doctors. I called both offices and both doctors were out on vacation and didn't have availability for an entire week. There was no way I could wait, I was borderline ready to pull out my own tooth (just kidding). I reached out to friends and family, and thankfully got the name and number of Family Care Dental Group.

They immediately got me in to see Dr. Ashor Elia and I can't rave enough about him, Dr. Mark Mkrdichian and the staff. They comforted me and made me feel like I have been a patient my entire life. Everything from my entire treatment, office cleanliness, and staff attentiveness impressed me. Dr. Ashor was so detail oriented and a true master of his work. He made sure he was doing my treatment the absolute best way and right way. The ladies in the front are so helpful and sweet as well!

Kudos to this office because they know exactly what they are doing.

Simone is our Hygienist and she does a wonderful job cleaning our teeth and informing us of what needs to be done to have a healthy mouth. She's patient and asks if everything is ok DURING the process and will adjust if needed. My daughter who is 8 loves asking a million questions and she answers gracefully.

 Verified I have lived in 7 major cities across the US since the age of 22, which unfortunately means I've had to change dentists much more than I'd like. I've never enjoyed dental visits, from the good dentists to the less so.  Dr Mark, however, has been by far the best at knowing his practice and explaining the necessary care he is doing, and/or should be done, and why, to me. I do not know dentistry, but as a professional executive in my field nd somewhat knowledgeable, this is always helpful and makes the visits and the work needed so much more understandable and positive than the typical "visit to the dentist" that most people put off or abhor. 
Not only am I impressed by his professionalism and technical knowledge and expertise, he has a great sense of humor and tremendous respect for, and by, his staff.  This guy is the best you could hope for, in dental care, if you value your smile, your teeth, and your dental health at all.   I've always felt good when leaving the dentists' office, but that was just to get out of there. The feeling when leaving Dr. Mark's practice is that I am leaving in better shape, and sometimes health, and it is something unique and positive.  Highly recommended.

 Verified For many years, I put off going to the Dentist. I could never find the right one. I heard various horror stories from friends and family about their experiences with their Dentists and I also had my fair share. I would endure the initial visit, but would never reschedule. I knew I needed to find a Dentist and there was no way around it. I searched for a long time until I found Dr. Mark on Yelp. I read about him from many outstanding reviews and I wanted to see what everyone was raving about and confirm if they were right. 
   On my first visit, I walked in and was greeted right away. They were extremely welcoming, efficient and organized. I wasn't sitting for long before I was called. When I met Dr. Mark, I thought right away that he was extremely patient and kind. He took the time to listen to what was going on and discuss my case in depth. I needed a root canal and was fearing it tremendously. I had one in the past and experienced nothing but hours of agony including multiple shots and pain during relentless drilling. To top it off, they left a broken canal file inside the root! 
   I told Dr. Mark my story and he assured me that everything was going to be alright; that I wouldn't feel a thing. COMPLETELY TRUE TO HIS WORD - I never felt pain, not even the single shot when he numbed me! I was even more impressed when he completed everything in a fraction of the time I had experienced before. Everything was completely painless! I had a totally different experience from start to finish. Dr. Mark knows exactly what he's doing. I'm so confident in his work that I've even recommended him to everyone I know. I'm truly happy I finally found the right Dentist. I now look forward to my visits. Best Dentist In the Business!

 Verified Dr. Elia is honestly the best dentist I have been to. He is so caring and clarifies everything. When I first came here I had a bad cavity and this was back in 2006. The tooth he fixed is still great and has not given me any problems, the decomposite he uses is immaculate. Have not had any cavities since 06. I will always come back here for regular cleaning.

I’ve been to other offices and have been examined by other dentists in the past but no one compares to Dr. Kreisheh. When I started to have some pain, I was scared that I might have some cavities…or something worse so I went online to try to find a new dental office. I saw great reviews about Family Care Dental Group so I called them and scheduled an appointment. Thankfully this office has a parking lot. Anyone who’s driven down Devon Street knows how busy it can get. The office is so nice and the front desk was extremely friendly. I saw Dr. Kreisheh and he explained the treatment thoroughly and answered all my questions. He even went over financing options. I’ve had a couple of appointments since then and I’m really happy with the quality of care that I’ve received.

The last experience I had with a different Dentist was excruciatingly painful and the visits took hours. Dr. Mark is not only kind, patient and professional - he also ensured me I would feel no pain and he was absolutely correct! I am still in shock - I went in for a dreaded root canal and I swear I was in and out quickly and did not even feel a pinch! He calmed me down, explained the whole process before and during and he made sure that before I left I was comfortable and happy. He even said I may feel discomfort later but it's the next day and I still haven't felt a thing. Right after he was done I gave him a big hug and asked him never to leave because he is going to be mine and my family's Dentist for as long as we can be blessed to have him :0) Thank you Dr. Mark!  Verified I went to Family Care Dental Group for the first time last week and after I walked in, I forgot I was at the Dentist's office. The staff up front were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The decor of the place was very warm and updated with a classy touch. 

When meeting Dr. Mark, he was very nice and helpful. His guidance was for my best interest and he also came back from his lunch break to give me a consult. 

From top to bottom, this place was amazing. I recommend anyone to give them a try if you're looking for a Dentist or if you are unhappy with yours.

Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and the receptionist was very sweet and accommodating. I even got a text reminder about my appointment a couple days in advance! I had a cracked front tooth and was very nervous about what kind of treatment I would need, but Dr. Mark is seriously the best dentist I have ever been to! He was so informative and answered all of my questions, and I'll be very honest- I had a lot of them!  My tooth was fixed in no time and looks as good as new. Found my dentist FOR LIFE!
